How do I make an appointment?

To request an appointment, request more information, or schedule a free 10 minute phone consult, you may contact me by phone or email, whichever way is easiest for you. I will get back to you within 24 hours unless it is on the weekend. Please let me know if it is alright to leave a message on your voicemail.

Are you taking in-person appointments?

No. All guided therapy sessions are done via secure video.

How do appointments work?

If you schedule a session, I will send you an email invite to meet online. We will meet on Let's Talk Interactive, which is a HIPAA-compliant secure video platform. There will be some forms for you to complete before we can meet for our first session. Those forms will be available within the email invite. You may download and print out any of the forms for your own records. We will then meet online at the agreed upon time. Sessions are normally 50 minutes unless you request a longer time to meet.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel an appointment, I ask that you contact my office within 24 hours from the scheduled start time of your session time to avoid fees.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment is due at the time of service by credit/debit card only, including VISA, MasterCard, Amex, and FSA/HSA cards.

Do you take insurance?

No, I am considered an out-of-network therapist. However, your insurance provider may reimburse you for your some or all of your costs for out-of-network therapy. Click this link to get more information: Insurance Info.

Do you have areas of special focus?

Yes, my areas of special focus are depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and life/work transitions. However, every issue and problem presents a unique puzzle to understand. This is what keeps me excited about my work every day.
